Herb-Crusted Venison Tenderloin

Super easy - super quick - super impressive!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Venison tenderloin
  • 1/3 cup Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
  1. Mix herbs together
  2. Roll venison tenderloin in the herb mixture
  3. Lay venison on parchment paper on a cooking tray
  4. Let venison reach room temperature before cooking
  5. Cook in 350° oven for 20 minutes
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes and slice
