Herb-Crusted Venison Tenderloin
Super easy - super quick - super impressive!
Ingredients
- 1 lb Venison tenderloin
- 1/3 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
- Mix herbs together
- Roll venison tenderloin in the herb mixture
- Lay venison on parchment paper on a cooking tray
- Let venison reach room temperature before cooking
- Cook in 350° oven for 20 minutes
- Let stand for 10 minutes and slice
