Canadian Wild Boar

Our wild boar comes from the same farmer that sells us the Berkshire pork! Here are some of our more popular products:

Caribou

We buy in the whole hip and can cut it into steaks or roasts. This is actually wild caribou that comes from Rankin Inlet.

Duck

We get many requests for various duck products. Please refer to our poultry pages for more information!

Elk

Most Elk cuts are available upon request, but we regularly carry ground elk.

Foie Gras

We have foie gras scallops available. They are sold in convenient 70 gram packages.

Guinea Fowl

We regularly stock whole guinea fowl.

Haggis and Scotch Pies

We sell traditional and sliced Haggis and Scotch pies from Opies Meats in Hamilton.

Partridge

We regularly carry whole partridge.

Red Deer

We seldom get requests for Red Deer, but we regularly carry:

  • Ground Red Deer (extra-lean)

Salmon

Look in our freezer section for wild-caught salmon steaks and smoked salmon slices.

Venison

We sell fresh New Zealand venison. Frenched racks, tenderloins, pie and more are available.
