Local Ontario Natural beef is now available at Brady’s. We are proud to carry the product line from Atlantic Signature Beef and Norpac Beef. Natural Beef is completely free from growth hormones and anti-biotics. We have all the cuts available fresh weekly.
Norpac beef, processed in Norwich, Ontario (a small town about 15 minutes south of Woodstock), is free from antibiotics, growth hormones and the animals have a 100% vegetarian diet and low-stress living conditions, so the meat is tender, lean and high-quality. All of the cattle come from and are raised on small, family-owned Ontario farms.
Atlantic Signature beef comes to us fresh each week from family farms in Canada’s smallest province, Prince Edward Island. The cattle at the Atlantic Signature Beef farms are raised in a traditional way, eating a natural diet of grass, clover silage, hay and potatoes (Prince Edward Island is famous for it’s potatoes). As a result, the beef is very rich in flavour and is well-marbled.
By popular demand, Brady’s now sells natural Wagyū beef from Oakleigh Ranch / Green Pasture Meat Co. in Australia. The breeds of cattle that produce Wagyū beef are specially chosen for the marbling of the meat, which produces a unique taste discovered in Japan long ago (Wagyū, or 和牛, literally means “Japanese cow”). The most well-known of the Wagyū breeds is Kobe, which has become synonymous with Wagyū in the West.
We don’t bring in Wagyū beef all the time, but we would be happy to give you a call when we bring some in! Just leave your name and phone number with us, and we’ll let you know when we have some on order.

Boerewors is a South African beef sausage with special spices. Look for frozen boerewors in our freezer section!
Biltong is a South African variety of seasoned, air-dried beef; similar to beef jerky. We carry both whole and shredded biltong.

Call about our dry-aged beef. It’s not always available, but when it is, it sure is worth the wait!
Most beef that you get in the supermarket has not been aged at all. But, chefs and foodies know that aged beef tastes much better — it has more flavour and melts in your mouth. A newer technique for aging beef, called wet-aging, involves vacuum-sealing the meat. The traditional way of aging beef, however, is to hang it until it is cut (this is known as dry-aging).
Try our now famous steak! The same centre-cut, Certified Angus Beef top sirloin steak; aged for over 28 days for maximum tenderness is now available in both the classic 12–oz and thew new 8–oz sizes.
The original Brady’s steak — tender Certified Angus top sirloin, lightly coated in our black-pepper marinade. You can cook it in the oven, but it’s best on the barbecue!
At Brady’s, we believe the bread should be around the burger, not in it. Our Beef Burgers come in 4–, 5– and 8–oz patties of pure Natural beef. They are seasoned, and contain no fillers or binders; just fresh Ontario beef.
Bison (also known as buffalo) meat is very lean and healthy. Our naturally raised bison arrives fresh every week from Alberta, and we have many cuts available.

Goat cheese tastes very similar to cheese made from cow milk. It has a mild, creamy flavour. The goats at Gordon’s are not fed growth hormones, and the seeds used to plant their feed have not been genetically modified.

As we are becoming increasingly aware of our store’s impact on the environment, we have decided that it would be responsible to try to reduce the number of plastic bags that we and our customers discard. For this reason, we are introducing re-usable cloth bags, which we have made available for purchase in our retail and market locations, at-cost. Although we still have plastic bags if you need them, we hope that you will bring your own re-usable ones.
The bags are strong, durable and conveniently sized; with our logo and contact information on the sides.

All our sandwiches are served on your choice of white/whole-wheat kaiser buns or white/dark rye bread. We can also put mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, horseradish and swiss or havarti cheese on your sandwiches if you desire.

Brady’s is proud to now offer our customers fresh, 100% Certified Organic products! For now, organic products are a special order, so call us by Friday at 5:00 p.m. for pickup the following Thursday.
Our organic meat comes from Field Gate Organics, an Ontario distributor of fine, certified organic meats. All Field Gate Organics meat is fed from natural foods that are free from the use of chemical pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, animal by-products, and chemical fertilizers. They do not use genetically modified organisms, growth hormones, drugs (i.e. antibiotics). Their animals are treated humanely (i.e. outside access) and must be fed 100% organic food. Inspections are made by an independent certifying body on a regular basis, and all certified records are kept for 5 years.

Shelled hemp seeds, or “Hemp Hearts” are some of the best sources of protein, essential fats, vitamins and enzymes. They do not contain significant amounts of sugar, starches or saturated fats, but go well with anything you eat them with. They are now available at Brady’s!
Brady’s has a number of fine pork products available at both locations. All of our pork is natural, meaning there are no growth hormones or antibiotics. Most of the pork is locally–raised and processed by Conestoga Meats; the rest comes from Perth Pork Products in Sebringville, Ontario. We sell many cuts, but our most popular ones are:
Berkshire Pork is one of the highest quality pork products on the market, and it arrives fresh every Wednesday from Perth Pork Products, delivered by the farmer himself! Berkshire pork is made from a breed of pig not usually found in Canada. Berkshire pork has a little more marbling than regular pork, but the meat is tender, juicy and full of flavour. More information is available from our supplier’s information sheet.
Our Berkshire Pork is not organic, but it is raised in the traditional way: in a humane environment in barns with natural ventilation and loose housing, where pigs have access to the outside air. The animals are bedded with lots of straw and their feed consists of mainly barley, soy-bean meal, vitamins and minerals. The farmer does not give them corn, antibiotics, growth hormones or animal byproducts.
We always sell cooked, sliced ham at the store. Our Berkshire Black-Forest Smoked Ham is a hit, and our European boiled ham is quite popular as well.
At Christmas-time, we also stock Traditional smoked bone-in ham (by request). You can also purchase whole– or half–Berkshire Smoked Hams and European Boiled Hams if you wish.

A customer favourite! We take a fresh boneless pork loin, sprinkle on some spices, and stuff it with a garlic stuffing. You have to taste it to believe it!

Why did the chicken cross the road? To get to Brady’s of course! Try our new semi-boneless “flattened” chickens! We take out all the bones out except the drum and wings — the chicken is left intact with the skin on. Cooking time is really short — we recommend about 45 minutes in a 350˚F (176˚C) oven or barbecuing them with indirect heat for the best flavour. Of course, carving the cooked bird has never been easier!
We sell the flattened chickens plain or marinated. Our most popular marinade is the Thai-licious marinade, which comes in three flavours: mild (which is sweet), medium (which is a little spicy, but not too much) and hot. We usually have other marinades to choose from, such as lime–coconut and Mediterranean (a blend of curry and pepper).
Our boneless, skinless chicken breasts arrive fresh every week from Québec. They are grain-fed, air-chilled and drug-free. The chicken is available both plain and seasoned. For no extra charge, we can season the chicken breasts for you with one of our many marinades.
We sometimes order bone–in, skin–on chicken breasts too. Call ahead to make sure we have some!

A chicken supreme is the breast and wing of a chicken. At Brady’s, we have it available plain or stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese or with mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese.

We regularly have fresh, boneless, skin-on turkey breasts available. They average 3-4 pounds in weight.
We order extra turkey breasts around Christmas and Thanksgiving. If a whole turkey is too much trouble, consider a turkey breast!
We now carry turkey sausage! We regularly have plain, maple and hot-italian flavours.
Our turkey schnitzel is a must-try. We use only fresh turkey breast meat and bread them with a tasty Italian breading. Cooking time is fast - just put a little oil in a hot pan and fry for around 4–5 minutes per side until golden-brown. This makes for a truly unique dining experience. We suggest you serve it on a bun with fresh Canadian Swiss Cheese.
We regularly make our own turkey stock! We recommend calling us before you come in, because it goes quickly!
At Brady’s, we have a local turkey farmer who raises fresh, drug-free turkeys for us. People come from miles around year after year to purchase them. We highly recommend pre-ordering them.
Brady’s now sells top-quality seafood from Caudle’s Catch! Most of our fish products come frozen, but we have fresh salmon and lobster available too!
We bring in fresh, farm-raised salmon fillets every Thursday. It’s already been de-boned, so all you need to do is season it and put it in the oven!
